This Privacy Policy explains how JulianaLucky ("JulianaLucky," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our websites, including julianalucky.com and posturecourse.julianalucky.com, and our educational posture and movement programs and services (collectively, the "Services"). It also describes the choices and rights you have regarding your information.
This Policy applies to information we collect through our websites, landing pages, application forms, questionnaires, email and messaging, payment flows, and our coaching programs (including the Photo Review, the Essential Course, and the private "Aligned Year" coaching). By accessing or using the Services, submitting an application, or providing information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or submit information to us.
This Policy works together with our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
JulianaLucky is an educational children's posture and movement service operated by Juliana Lucky (Uliana Klepinina). For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws, JulianaLucky is the "controller" (or "business") responsible for your information.
We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide to us directly; (b) information we collect automatically through technology; and (c) information we receive from third parties.
We care deeply about children's privacy. Our Services are directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create accounts, submit forms, or provide personal information to us directly.
Information about a child (such as first name, age, photographs, and parent-reported observations) is collected only when a parent or legal guardian chooses to provide it to us in order to receive our educational service. By submitting such information, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to our collection and use of that information for the purposes described in this Policy.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without appropriate parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

We do not sell your or your child's personal information for money, and we do not knowingly "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that would require an opt-out under applicable law without offering you that choice. Our use of advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel is described in Section 8, and you may exercise the choices described there and in your state privacy rights.
We may send you emails about your application, programs, tips, and offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by emailing info@julianalucky.com. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional messages (for example, about your application, payment, or account).
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Children's photos are retained only as long as needed to provide the program and are deleted upon request or when no longer needed. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.
We operate primarily in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. In the past 12 months we may have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 3 (such as identifiers, contact details, commercial/transaction information, internet activity, audio/visual information like photos, and inferences), for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 6, from the sources in Section 3, and shared it with the categories of recipients in Section 9.
You have the right to: (i) know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect; (ii) request deletion; (iii) request correction; (iv) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and (v) limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, in addition to the rights above you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including, for example, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. Our Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, our store, payment, scheduling, and report-viewing tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT, our Services do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by applicable law.
